WHAT IS S.T.A.Y?
S.T.A.Y. is a service Property Hunters offers to help self managed landlords secure their tenant to continue with their tenancy.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
PROPERTY INSPECTION & REPAIRS
We’ll conduct a full property survey with photos of the condition of the home and our recommenation for repairs. You’ll alo get a breakdown of estimated costs from our licensed contractors to conduct the repairs.
N1 (RENT INCREASE)
The Province of Ontario has set the Rent Increase Guideline. Landlords are reminded that rent increases may take effect provided there has not been an increase in the last 12 months or the tenant not moved in the last 12 months. This LTB form is prepared by a licensed paralegal.
TENANT INSURANCE
Tenant insurance isn’t mandatory in Ontario. We’ll update the landlord with a copy (if required by lease).
