managed by Property Hunters. If a tenant is problematic or in need of eviction we will find
a new tenant at no additional cost to you. This is the absolute BEST tenant guarantee in the industry!


According to the LTB 90% of all applications come from landlords and 75% of all landlord applications
are about tenants not paying rent. The LTB will either evict the tenant OR recover their money but
not both. We avoid evictions through incentives to pay rent on time and a prompt collection process.
If rent is not paid on time we initiate with the appropriate LTB forms quickly and professionally.
